Oregon Coast and Redwood National Park

Our drive today started off foggy but improved as the day went on. There was some spectacular views along the coastline.

Our first and only stop was the Redwood National Park. It has some of the largest redwood trees in the world. We did a 3.5 mile hike around the park that was really amazing. I've inlcuded some photos below but it's hard to convey the width and amazing height of these trees.

Tomorrow we are going to the Avenue of the Giants to do another hike and then it's off to Santa Rosa.

  1. Great photos! The one with Bruce holding up the tree is excellent.
